YOUR POTENTIAL EMPLOYER

Most of our clients are internationally based large sports club groups, 5 star international hotels, large resorts & private Spas around the world. Our contracts are mainly based in the Middle East, Near & Far East. This requires that we pre-screen all candidates prior to positions being offered. Each candidate supplied by LEISUREFORCE is pre-screened to witness educational certificates, work experience references, compatibility to client and an understanding of their requirements within the new employer.

INTERESTED in INTERNATIONAL WORK?

Important facts we wish you to know BEFORE you apply. If you have already worked overseas full time before, you will be aware of these:

• We supply experienced Senior Sports / Fitness Instructors & Management personnel with experience in their chosen field.
• As an international standard we expect you to be no younger than 25- years of age.
• We only deal with full time employment of at least -1 year & often 2- years with an option to renew. Positions are NOT holiday jobs, but good career moves & you will often be joining other candidates placed by us in the same club or city.
• We charge you nothing except dedication to your profession & loyalty to the employer , to fulfil your initial contract with them.
• Most contracts include accommodation, a return flight at the end of each year, medical care, work permits, 3 - 4 weeks vacation p.a. as standard. However, some companies will offer different packages of which you will be informed of at time of application.
• We arrange your initial flight departure & visa work permits.
• To successfully find you full time employment overseas, you must be in possession of further / higher education relevant to your career, plus minimum 3- years post-study work experience. This a Visa requirement from these countries.
• All Junior Management & Sports Instruction roles will only permit single status accommodation & therefore a single status contract will only be offered which means no "partners" or dependents. The employer pays your bills so they control this.
• When attending your pre-screening interview with one of our team, please consider your ability to travel to a major city in the UK before applying for work.

PRE-SCREENING INTERVIEW

LEISUREFORCE holds regular screening interviews in major cities in  the UK, for advertised vacancies. These meetings are normally held in quality hotels located in easy-to-find areas around the UK like SOUTHAMPTON, LONDON, MANCHESTER & BRISTOL & sometimes in Europe.

To be invited to a screening interview, you will need to submit a contemporary CV with cover letter & recent passport photo detailing:

• Current or most recent position
• Current or most recent salary pa & notice required
• Your ability to speak any other languages to at least a CONVERSATIONAL level (in addition to English). This can be a very attractive USP for any international employer whose customers are multi-national. So do tell us if you are multi-lingual.
• Preferred pre-screening interview location
• Personal status on contract (married or single). The employer pays for your accommodation so they have a right to know who & how many are coming with you. They will want to keep it to single for all junior management & coaching roles if possible, to reduce their costs always. If you are in senior management, a married status contract may be possible
• Passport nationality & expiry date
• Your DATE of BIRTH  (required to gain a work permit for you)
• A statement on your current health for work capabilities (a full medical may be required in London for Visa application )
• Specific job vacancies of interest to you & WHY
